Hello! Let A be a figure with IT: characters and Telekinesis. If B (the TK'd friendly) is adjacent to A in the same row, and C is a square on the same row... Can A put B on C?

Which situations are advantadgeous to a figure with these two powers?

Second situation: A has IT: characters and Barrier. Can A, being behind three characters (B, C, D) place barrier tokens in front of them? (The "?" squares on the drawing).

If I understand your questions correctly the answer would be yes and yes.

1) no. Square C can't see past characters, and all 3 need line of fire.

For which. For TK all three elements must have a LoF to each other. That is why the answer to #1 is no. Question #2 is yes b/c Barrier has no such limitation.

The TK'er, the TK'd and the destination must be able to see each other.

Doesn't really matter how you facilitate that though.
