Trying to persuade my girlfriend to join the world of clix. Since she has developed a strong affinity for Wonder Woman, I was hoping to make either and Amazon Team (or really any team) where Wonder Woman would really excel.
Silver Age
300-500 point teams
Also, which Wonder Woman figure works as a decent One Man Army?
You're wise to focus on characters she likes. I tried to get my wife into Clix a number of years ago, and offered to help make a team of characters she was interested in. One of the pieces she wanted to use was DC 75th 051 Wonder Woman for her team because... she was riding a horse. So, appealing or dynamic sculpts may be a gateway to consider as well.
My recommendation for a WW figure might actually be the TAED-003 Wonder Woman. Nice piece by itself, but if you add some 50pt BB005 Amazons and keep them all within 8 squares of each other, you get a nice boost to them, too.
Just need to find something with range to help that group out, and that might depend on another character your wife is interested in.

I have a strong affinity for Wonder woman, too.
*THE* OMA Wonder woman is the one from Arkham Asylum. At 248 points she's a big point investment, but man she hits hard. If you do play this one, I always recommend using the Fortitude feat on her, which will keep her alive and in the battle much longer. It actually makes her very hard to kill, and she'll be a nightmare to your opponent. In other words, it makes her dang-near comic-accurate perfect. And at a 273 point total investment, she'd better be!
You can also play the con exclusive version (if you can get it). She's 190 points, and is very solid. She has a super-perplex for other Amazons on her team.
The Violet Lantern/Star Sapphire version from Blackest Night is pretty solid, and has some prob control. She's also one of the very few WW who have a long ranged attack. She's also quite spendy at 215 points, but she's very good.
The White Lantern version is 172, has a long 8 range (like the Star Sapphire), and is all-around solid. But being a White Lantern, she's a chase figure and can be expensive to get.
Alternatively, and I recommend going this route, is to use either of the Tabapp versions. They're not quite as point-spendy but they are very good.
A lower-point but still brutal version is from the JL52 set. She's 136 points, and really you can't go wrong with her.
Use Phillipus from Brave and the Bold (BnB). She has prob control and outwit, though limited versions of those. (But you don't have that many options on an Amazon theme team.)
Also use the 50 point Amazons from BnB. They're good close-combat mini-beat sticks.
Diana Prince from BnB is a 32 point support piece who can do decent healing.
The Flashpoint Wondere Woman from the Superman set is one of my favorites, but you do have to be able to get her up into the fight.
She's very good too, but like you said without flight she's hard to move around. And that's very un-Wonder woman like. Kinda like the SR Binary from Chaos War; she lacks that one thing she should have to make her excellent.
The Blackest Night WW is my go to for Amazon themes because of her range. If youmhave an Inv Jet, you can play any version of WW and a handful of 50pt generics. The jet will get them into the battle.
Regardless of the team, look at the Amazon ATA. It is worth it in my opinion. Also, if you can use feats, make room for Rip It Up. At 20 pts, every character on your force with super strength can pick up a light object from outside the game.
