Nice! So that run with:
"INTERSTELLAR TRACKING: At the beginning of your turn, choose an opposing character within 10 squares. Lines of fire drawn to that character this turn are only blocked by blocking terrain." ?
He's still good, he just requires a bit more effort now. Superboy and GL Mon-El would make excellent blasters to go with him. You can also use Legion rings and the Welcome to the Legion trait to make people work with him.

I'm not too clear on the new wording for Tellus on the watch list. As I read it it sort of gives me the notion that the person you're drawing lines of fire from does not need to have the keyword but only the characters that are drawing the line of fire need the keyword by the way I read it but then again I could be reading it wrong because of the "and" in the middle and the "Tellus" at the end. The word placement may indicate that they all need the key word. Give me your opinions.
New Wording- LINK TELEPATHICALLY: Friendly characters with the Legion of Superheroes keyword and within 4 squares can draw lines of fire and count range from the square of any one friendly character within 4 squares of Tellus.
Okay thanks I just wanted to make sure... Another question I have is can you running shot into Tellus's area of effect or must you start your move within his area of effect to draw lines of fire from bizarro for example?
Does this power allow Tellus to prob any of the Friendly's without line of fire? Like for example if wonder girl is abusing Tellus's power by drawing lines of fire through bizarro and misses can tellus prob wondergirl without having line of fire to her?
WOW, the new Common Prime Superman in WF can pick Tellus, JOIN THE LEGION, and gain the benefit of this power without having to pay for "Welcome to the Legion".... that's pretty SICK.

He is an uncommon prime but rather than that you are totally right. Been thinking of fielding them with some other legionares that joined LoSH thanks to "welcome to the legion" trait in 400+ games. But in 300 format he seems about the best option for the points.
