Under "Turning the Dial" on the Phoenix Force card, it says:
Quote
When a character assigned a Phoenix Force Fragment KO's an opposing character or hits with an attack roll that is doubles, after actions resolve, click the dial once, though the Phoenix Force may never be clicked beyond any group's click #5.
Are Spider-bots considered characters? Are POGs considered characters? Are attached entities considered characters? (i.e. would you click the dial twice if you KO'd a character with an entity attached)?

You only click for assigned characters and that means you paid for them when you built your force. This resource doesn't autoassign to the whole team.
Characters must be on he map to be assigned a fragment so Entities will not be eligible for assignments even tho they are characters even when possessing.
For Spider-bots and pogs, I know that you would click the phoenix force. They are characters.
The way I read entities, I would say it clicks because they are characters even though they are not on the field. They are ko'ed if clicked to that line.
Each attack that hits with doubles or character that is KO'd triggers 'Click the dial once'.

ENTITY POSSESSION: When Parallax would be KO'd or, if you pay 25 points when building your force, place Parallax on another friendly character's card if that character is 25 points or more, has the "fist" or "sharpshooter" symbol, the "shield" or "indomitable" symbol, and the "tiny" or "burst" symbol. That character has Parallax's keywords and can use the Possessed ability with this character as the Possessor. When that character is KO'd, Parallax is removed from the game.

POSSESSED: Click the Possessor's dial to the same click number as this character and change it during the game in the same way that this character's dial changes. At the beginning of each of your turns or after this character takes or is healed of damage and actions resolve, you may choose 1 power showing on one Possessor's dial and 1 combat value on one Possessor's dial higher than this character's printed combat value. This character can use that power and modifies that combat value by +1 until your next turn or until it is healed or takes damage. If the Possessor is turned to a KO click, it is removed from the game immediately.
Attached entities that hit a KO click or are removed with their Posessed figure are not KO'd they are simply removed from the game and will not trigger the Phoenix Force.

Bots and POGs are characters as are entities. As Hester has pointed out though there is a clause that stops you clicking the dial multiple times if you KO more than one figure in an action. Interestingly the entity is "removed from the game" when they reach a KO click.

Note 100% sure if this means that they are never actually KO'd and just removed from the game instead.
