My two greatest wants from the Ring abilities were Willpower, and Steal Energy at Range. The only way to maybe get these two abilities is from the Ring Holder.
Maybe 3 Rings gives you Sharpshooter, 4 Rings will get you Willpower, 5 will get you Steal Energy at Range, and 6 will get you Immumity from Outwit, 7 will get you Running Shot, 8 will get you +2 to Defence. 9 Rings gets you punched in the face. 10 Rings gets you banned from the Venue.

THIRTY dollars on Troll and Toad. That defies logic. Makes it kinda cool to have one, though.

Works amazing with Flame Blast and Mandarin.

It works well with the Flame Blast and nearly any figure. Those two rings define the current meta team which uses Bullseye, Bill and Blind Al.

If I get this I will put it on my iim Iron Man and War Machine duo fig and laugh...

Sure. It's a ranged combat attack, so the range modifier and +1 Target both apply. Ditto for Incapacitate.
