Is Foom the best way to spend 900 points? No. Was it fun as heck when I feated the #### out of him and had him running around with the also featured in Nextwave Forbushman? Heck yes. Truth is he isn't BAD (he totally owned E-2 Supes for me) but he's not going to win you many tournaments on his own.

"Victim? Victim? Do you think this letter on my chest stands for AMERICA?" - you have been getting insulted by nextwave.

I don't think he can be feated, per his rules...

Foom is now nerfed due to the current PAC wording of EE. Anytime EE is showing on his dial he is doing only 2 damage to hit targets due to the this wording in the Player's Guide: "When Fin Fang Foom uses Energy Explosion or Pulse Wave against multiple targets, the damage dealt per hit is equal to the number of dials he started with, overriding all other restrictions on this number" and the new wording of EE. Since EE is always being used during a ranged combat action, Foom never gets to use his printed damage of 5 during a ranged combat attack. I hope this gets fixed in the new Player's Guide. They only thing they would have to do is just remove the special rule for EE under Foom's rules and let Foom use regular EE from the current PAC.

It seems to me that although you CAN target two characters, you're under no obligation to do so. If you roll against a single target, the EE modifier won't apply, and you get you're five damage.
