-Heroclix is not a game of logic, it's a game of strategy .... after all, when's the last time that you saw a giant (using a stealth ability) that was hiding behind a swingset... and nobody could SEE him????
I love this dial. Easily the best spiderman. I love superior spiderman but for 5 points more this is a mucb better investment.
really? huh, in my opinion, the superior spidey piece is "superior". Better combat values, more clix of life, better damage potential, opening outwit, charge on every click, better damage avoidance (potential 3-6 SS). And 5 points less. Honestly, this guy is already outdated.

A very fun finesse piece that can control the board if used to full effect, but he's a little over-costed without opening outwit or perplex; low attack values don't help either. I have to agree that he's outclassed by AVX and DP Spideys.
I keep hearing people saying superior spidey is "superior" well I like superior spidey but lets not forget thats ock in Peters skin and to that just feels wrong to play him on teams that I would normally play a spidey. When comparing this one to AvX spidey, once AvX Spidey gets knocked off his top click he turns into a support piece where as this spidey is good throughout his dial add in some support and this spidey is capable of keeping the flow the board going his way.
My Spider-friends just came in the mail today, I cannot wait to try this Spidey out. He looks like one of the most accurate representations of the character thus far, and I'm glad he has good keywords. He has a heftier point cost than what I'd usually like to pay for a Spider-Man, but I'm hoping he'll surprise me and pull his wait.
Having had a chance to play him, he's too expensive for what he brings to the table. Especially with all the Precision Strike that's available. He should have topped out at 150. So close and yet so far...

giving him trait toughness or esd and either perplex or outwit on the first click would have tremendously increased his playability

It's a Convention Exclusive (or via "Con in Your Store") so if you don't have a local Con, you'd have to go to eBay.

This Spidey may not have the best values, but for 6 of 7 clicks giving me the chance to do two attacks? WITH sidestep and improved movement? That's awesome.
