If someone rolled a critical miss against Abin then Prob'ed it to not a critical miss would he get Impervious? Or does it only count if it is the final attack roll? It just says if they rolled a critical miss, which they did.

Probability Control
Once during your turn, this character allows you to reroll one of your rolls, ignoring the original roll. A character using this power must be within range (minimum range 6) and line of fire to the character for which the original roll was made. Using the same rules, once per round during an opponent's turn, this character allows you to force that opponent to reroll one of their rolls, ignoring the original roll.
Ignoring the original roll means ignoring it. Treating it like it never happened. So, there never was a critical miss. I don't know what critical miss you are talking about officer.

Each iteration of the power resets the check. The power is there, and it starts clocking up the defensive ability, until it is countered or lost. When it comes back, the slate is wiped clean.
Do I think it might have been easier going the other way? Certainly, but nowhere does the power mention any "until"s so the assumption is that the power is only alive while it's alive, and if it goes away and comes back, it reboots.
The power doesn't say this 100%, sure, but the check also doesn't say "since the start of the game" or anything, so the ruling isn't completely out of someone's ass.
Are there any other precedents where power checks where "reset"?
I just assumed this power always asked the question "Was Abin missed this game?" If the answer is yes, he can use Invulnerability. or "Was Abin missed with a Critical miss this game?" If the answer is yes, he can use Impervious.
Right, but before the roll is Prob'ed would Abin's power kick in and give him Impervious? And if so because after the fact the roll is ignored would the Impervious then just go away?

No. Powers only check "final rolls". No crit miss ever occurred if a player PCs the roll.

Yup. Not only did they reverse the answer they gave me, but they also edited their response. Kinda BS that they can just edit it without is knowing they did so.

Ah, good! Ignore what I said before, this is a much better, more intuitive answer.
AGREED! Glad to know they corrected it!
-Heroclix is not a game of logic, it's a game of strategy .... after all, when's the last time that you saw a giant (using a stealth ability) that was hiding behind a swingset... and nobody could SEE him????
