Yep. You've got it right!

This is KA most accurate to the character. I can see the story of the first comic in the dial, the first two "Pro" slots excepted. With the right allies he's a surprisingly capable fighter who will almost assuredly be overlooked. Those last three clicks can tidy up and are a nasty surprise to push onto from a couple clicks I don't think anybody will want to waste their time on.
