Definitely more durable than Sharon Carter, while providing a similar effect (for Kree). What makes Rogg an absolute standout is his ability to boost a friendly character by +1 or +2 when KO'd, for only 70 points. More expensive than an Entity, but still cheaper than Recorder 451. Prime Captain Marvel thanks WK.
This figure offers a couple of tricks that can be made to work for Kree swarms. The first is that this is one of the (currently available, as of 2017) least expensive options for Kree flight, also with a good move value. The second is that if the map is favorable, the Stealth+Enhancement can improve ranged offense from (potentially +1-to-all-combat-values-boosted) GOTG007A Privates. The bad news is that the figure is not likely to pull it's own weight on offense and may not bring as much to the table as the GOTG017B General.
Of course, it is possible to play Colonel Yon-Rogg with a non-Swarm Kree team! Many of the higher-point-cost Kree concentrate on ranged-attacks, so the Stealth/Enhancement combo from adjacency helps them too. The potential Psyche-Magnetron Explosion means that the Colonel should be doing everything in his power to take damage instead of another, more-offensive figure.
