Yeah, basically, you get this free for participating, you get the other rings free in random boosters (they don't take up a slot) so, guess what, you have to pay for 1 ring. (Oh, and you get 2 figures, 2 maps, dice, and bystanders).
New venue in Hamilton, Ontario! Black Knight Games. They are willing to try us out, so let's support the Clix community, and the venue!
is this just for using the prob control/ outwit/ perplex abilities of the power battery itself?

is it for the "give the battery a power action" and place/exchange constructs?

is it for the ability of all Corp members to use the power of the attached ring?

I'm hoping for:

yes, yes, no - because the power of the ring is specifically assigned to the corp member, making me think that the range of the battery is not applicable to that assignment. Note that this text has no reference to range value of the battery:

Corps Members - When a friendly character has any Constructs on its card, it is called a Corps Member and is assigned the Power Battery. Friendly Corps Members can use the ability of the Constructs on its card and the ability of the Power Ring attached to the Power Battery. If a friendly Corps Member is KO'd, any Constructs on its card are re-attached to the Power Battery. If the Power Battery is KO'd, all Constructs are removed from friendly Corps Members' cards.
It's actually Yes, no, no. The only powers on the Battery that reference range are Prob, OW, Perp, and Barrier (don't forget that one)... all of the other powers on the Battery have no mention of range or LOF.
-Heroclix is not a game of logic, it's a game of strategy .... after all, when's the last time that you saw a giant (using a stealth ability) that was hiding behind a swingset... and nobody could SEE him????
I am so pleased with this resource, and I hope they make future resources just like it. The fact it can be KO'd, via means of attack and clicking it to use its power, really brings it to a "check". Imagine how many games against Books or Belt would be changed if it could be KO'd. Beautiful balance.
If you are on 19. Can you give the lantern a power action on two consecutive turns in order to push it on to click 20?
No. You can't just "give a power action" to do nothing, it has to be a viable option. You can ONLY give it an action token (or push with Colossal Stamina) with the Support/Barrier powers showing or one of the special powers that SPECIFICALLY says "give the Battery a power action" (only "sun powers" #1 and 3). The ONLY way you could get off of click 18 or 19 is to use power #5 (free action) and hope and pray you don't roll a 5 or 6. ;)

Then they don't get the benefit of the ring or the Emotional Spectrum, but they can still use the Battery's powers and the Constructs. ;)

Do these break your themes when they are on the board? Most resources wouldn't break theme of course but most don't go on the board.
No, they are not characters so they have no keywords and neither contribute to or take away from a theme team.

@DBGreece: No. The Power Battery requires a special action to determine whether it is dealt damage by an opposing character. A combat attack is not being made, even though the effect is similar.
So I know it says '1-6 distinct Constructs (construct symbol)' however had a question. Does this mean I could only play one scissors on it or does it mean like I can only play one GREEN scissors on it and put an ORANGE scissors on there as well.
