He is a beast for sure. Now here is how you beat him: Hit him for 2, putting him on that awesome clix. next hit him hard with EW, PB or PS. Make sure you have some PC ready in case you miss. That should about do it.
If you mean his "I can be anywhere I need to be", no you can't use RCE. The reason being is that you are using duo attack which gives the character a power action to make 2 attacks, forfeiting the ability to take a ranged combat action. That is how I understand it at least, but I could be wrong.
Justice League of America? Didn't they drop this keyword already for Justice League? The last time this was used was waaaay back 2011.
Thirded. This is my only problem with this incarnation of my preferred GL. I would be grateful for errata (similar to the "violet lantern corps = star sapphires") stating that "JLA" and "Justice League of America" are both interchangeable with plain old "Justice League."
Best character in the set so far. Will eat Weaponer for breakfast. Whoever gave him JLA keyword needs to be beaten over the head with a 10 pound, wet, buttery noodle.
This kyle Rayner makes a pretty good main attacker. He gets pluses for his great movement special And the ability to heal off his stop click. Earlier today I played him with soranik for the +1 to attack and would tk him back after attacking then use free support to heal him reducing my opponents 4+ damage to a measely 2. Not to forget he gets a free construct witch gives him even more potential. His only real downside is that he falls off hard after getting knocked past his start click and lacks any reliable damage powers like PW or PSB.
McGii, i don't completely understand what you mean with this sentence. If you mean that he can heal up to the stop click it is correct otherwise it isn't.
Especially since Math isn't an opinion…. 7-4 will never make 1 or 2 and 4 is the max you can heal with Regeneration. Clearly you can heal him to click 1 or 2 thanks to a friendly healer or thanks to the Nurse construct that gives him the use of Regeneration on every click.

Sorry for the confusion. I was thinking of a game I played earlier that day in which after Kyle Rayner would take damage and reach his stop click I would use a support piece to heal him back to full clicks, meaning he would reach his stop click again after being hit by another attack.
BalladBird, if you give him the Nurse construct you can use Regeneration also on the Ion stop click, then you can heal him past that click reaching click 1 or 2. You can do it also from any other click except the last if you manage to roll a 6 and healing him of 4 clicks.
Ion stop click activates only when he takes damage from an attack, then yes, you can heal past that click.

Possess him with Black Hand and take the Black Lantern ATA, allowing you to use regeneration with a minimum result of 1. When you hit your stop click, use the construct to regenerate for 1 automatically to heal off it. Rinse and repeat until you find the opportunity to retaliate.
now that I have played him I must say he is amazing. His Ion clix just stops and he goes godlike but before it he is incredibly powerful. The energy explosion is devasating and the fact that you can just throw a construct on him helps to. But his speed ability is what puts him over the top. Placement for automatic breakaway and some brutal damage.
A few more characters are getting the Justice League of America keyword in the Flash set, it seems. What criteria makes that distinction, rather than just "Justice League"? Kills me that there's not a Wally West Flash that dovetails with Kyle's point cost, too...
