I was thinking about a new gods team that starts with:

SLOSH Higfather
SLOSH Mister Miracle
BM Big Barda

At the beginning of the game, Highfather would use his "The Pact" trait:

The highest point character on my force at this time would be Big Barda.

If I were to merge Big Barda and Mister Miracle into SLOSH Big Barda and Mister Miracle, would the pact no longer apply? Would it only apply to the opposing team?

Similarly, if Highfather is the highest point value character on the team, does the pact go away if he is replaced with Takion?


Essentially, the question is whether or not "The Pact" trait transfers on "replace."

Game effects transfer to the replacement character. So, the duo would be pacted.

If Highfather's ability is no longer around (because he's Takion now or driving the Batmobile or whatever), the pact goese away.

Interesting... I figured that it would carry over, but I didn't realize that the pact goes away when highfather is replaced too.
