Just wondering which square a character needs line of fire to in order to use probability control. I assume the square the attack is being made from, but wanted to double check.
Additionally, if you have a character who can make an attack after actions resolve (see below for the ones that came to mind) you have to have line of fire when they make the attack, not during the event that triggered it
As said earlier, you need line of fire to the attacker when they make the attack, regardless of any other circumstances
Below are the powers for your perusal
GREED: BARRICADING: Larfleeze can use Barrier and Plasticity. When Larfleeze uses Barrier, after actions resolve, he can use Quake as a free action as if he occupied all blocking terrain markers placed by friendly characters with the Orange Lantern Corps keyword.
PHASING ATTACK: Phantom Girl can use Incapacitate. When she is given a move action, after actions resolve, she may be given a close combat action as a free action, targeting any one opposing character occupying a square she moved through.
RESTORE THE GREEN: Give Swamp Thing a move action, after actions resolve, you may place hindering terrain markers in any clear squares he moved through and he may make a close combat attack targeting one opposing character occupying a hindering terrain marker Swamp Thing just placed. These markers aren't removed when Swamp Thing is KO'd.

Thats a fun power. Nothing like quaking from one square of blocking into another.

Use him with old school Dr. Doom. Doom Outwits them from the Starting Area OLC places barrier around said opponent on other side of map. Larfleeze quakes said character and knocks him/her back into the other square of barrier

You young whippersnapper.
"Old School" Doom will surround himself with cheap Batman and Mystics TA characters, a bunch of Hookers, and spend all day long Masterminding to everyone while nuking the opposition with double-target EE.

Wait you mean figures didn't always have cards
I didn't start playing until Web of Spider-Man (I had played once or twice before then, but didn't really start playing until Web) and SI Doom was still being used heavily at that time. When ever I think of Dr. Doom, that is the one I always think of.
