Having trouble find the answer, but just wondering if you use pulse wave and hit multiple characters will you gain multiple clix of health while you have the assigned to the character?

It states for Steal Energy that "each time" an opposing character takes damage, so yes it would work with Pulse Wave and heal multiple clicks

Unfortunately this statement is now wrong, Pulse Wave is no more a Ranged Combat Attack. Check the "Powers and Abilities" chart for more Informations.

I followed my own advice to be sure of what i told you, and i was wrong. Seems that they have skipped the word "attack" in some explanation assuming that it will be what you will do, then YES it activates also with PW.
