This guy is going to be making some waves at Worlds this year. That Perplex is backbreaking against tentpole+cheap support teams.

*sniffs the air* Ahhhh. Nothing quite like nostalgia mixed with new hotness. Running Shot, two targets, 11/18/4, Invul and Outwit, like the oppressive Sinestro of sets long past. Well, sort of. The old-school Outwit and RCE are deeper in the dial, and there is the speed and range cut. But I find it hard to complain when he gets Quintessence, a full dial of mobility, PW, and that Perplex trick. Finally, the Legion of Doom keyword. If Brainiac and Scarecrow with the LoD are also on the horizon, this will be a very good year indeed...
