Hi, Dai. Sorry I missed db's comment and I was waiting for your turn.
Well, me missing SC on Impulse is a somewhat major bloop for me as it puts me in an unconfortable position. Had I realize he had SC I wouldn't have attacked him but someone else. Now if I ask you if I can redondo the turn it will seem I'll just be looking for an excuse to erase a bad turn and those missed rolls. And that's never my intent...

What do you say buddy?
Impulse would have based Fantomex if he made SC roll as per his SP, ending Fantomex's/E.V.A.'s action (since Fantomex couldn't attack anyone else through E.V.A. while he himself is based) and things would have gone down as they did had he missed the SC roll.
I think the fairest thing to do would be to roll the Impulse SC and if he fails it, the turn stands as is, and if he did succeed, once I place Impulse next to Fantomex, you could continue your turn from there if you wanted.

Definitely not my opinion, but that's not a surprise...
Shape Change was rolled and got a 5. Now who gets to place Impulse?
Oh, and the turn will have some changes regarding actions before the attacks. I did everything assuming there was no SC or even a possibility of placing a figure right next to mine.
that's not how the league rules work, Krueg. You can't see that SC hits after you forgot about it, and alter the previous parts of your turn because of it.
The only "roll backs" that happen are when an error results in an illegal move. The falcon moving, EVA moving, and plex to fants dmg were not illegal.
So the correct thing to do is leave your turn as is, roll SC (which you did), and then Impulse is placed per his ability.

I'm not sure if you're implying that I was using any league's legality issues to my advantage, but that's not how I roll. Never has been, I think I'm playing here long enough for you to know that.
I don't play heroclix (here or RL games) or anything else purely and only based on legality. I play out of sportsmanship and intentionality. If my oponnent politely asks me to redo something because he misplaced a rule/power/abiliy, I have NEVER, EVER said no. I don't consider myself above others, but that's that.
And the only thing I'm redoing in my turn has nothing to do with placement of any figures prior to the attacks. I'm only declaring my Outwit on Impulse's HSS *before* the attack, because I wouldn't want to risk having him next to my figures, had I knew he could do that. IS that against the league's legalities?

Actually, the power doesn't say you are entitled to, so, since it's my turn, I'll prefer if I choose where to place him.
I'm not implying anything. Im just telling you the rule that has pretty much always been the rule. Nothing you did before the attack was illegal. You just forgot SC. The rule is you can't roll back, and the turn stands with the SC roll being added in.
I suppose it is possible for an opponent to decide to be nice and let you roll back, but that would be an exception, not the rule. And I certainly wouldn't expect it in the playoffs.
With respect to Impulse's placement, I'm pretty sure it is Impulse's controller's choice. I get that you may think it is your choice because it is your turn, but I don't see any difference between that, and say mastermind. The attacker doesn't get to choose who the dmg is masterminded to, or whether it is used, etc.
