THE BLACK ORDER OBEYS: Thanos can use Leadership. When he does and succeeds, he may remove the action token from any character with the Black Order keyword anywhere on the map.
CHOOSE - THE GAUNTLET OR THE TRIBUTE: At the beginning of your first turn, each opponent chooses one: Deal 1 damage to each character on his or her force 100 points or less; or choose a character on his or her force 101 points or more and deal that character 3 damage. Opponents can't choose an option for which they have no characters.
A character with any reducing defense power uses their power against his effect. I have first turn, since they used a power do they no longer have first round immunity?
Answer: They will still have first round immunity. Due to not being given an action, or being moved or placed.
Also, a question about an action token assigned by an effect. One that does not say deals damage if another token can not be assigned, just assigns an action token. If a character has one action token, and is assigned a second by a game effect, it does in fact take pushing damage for the second action token. Correct?
And if the character has two tokens, no token can be assigned, and no pushing damage. Also correct?
You can't pull a token off himself. He isn't higher points than himself. Powers rules don't change unless specifically mentioned like the adjacency thing.
On your third question if a game effect only states to give that character an action token and does not mention anything I'd that character cannot receive that turn then nothing happens. Incap for example clearly states that a charger take one pushing damage if they cannot receive the token.

I knew of incapacitate or turtle. I was just referring to powers that only assign an action token. So I'm with you, two tokens already, nothing happens.
So can Thanos remove a token from himself? Also, does he need to be adjasent to a friendly figure, in order to roll Leadearship, before even considering removing a token from someone "anywhere on the map"?

He cannot from himself, he isn't a lower point value. He does not need to be adjacent to use leadership. Normally, you can only remove an action token from an adjacent character with a lower point value. Thanos in this case does it for anyone, anywhere on the map that has the black order keyword. You can still roll for leadership with any character that has it to add 1 action total to your pool even if no one is adjacent, you just won't have the option to remove an action token because no one is adjacent.

They will still have first round immunity. FRI is only removed if the character is given an action, is moved or is placed.
