5-stars. Played Turtle, Robert Kelly, Tarpit, Banshee and a few others with plasticity and the Green Power battery in a sealed/constructed 500 pt. The games were extremely slow (go fig). A few times,an opposing character would get a second token after a move action, taking unavoidable pushing damage cause of Rob Kelly's trait, then b/c of Turtle's trait, take penetrating damage. My only loss was losing a game by one point
So you play Sayd (WoL035b) possessed by Adara (WoL067p) to carry Turle possessed by Ophidian (WoL063p) around. Your other Team Mate is Proffessor X (AvX008) possessed Parallax (WoL065p). You opponent can hardly move as you lock them down with double power actions to move no more than 5 spaces, while they are being incapped and hurt by Sayd. Meanwhile the Professor keeps them attacking one another.
Oh and your themed entity for a mere 450 points.
A mere 450 points and $200, or really stupid good luck during WoL.
If a character goes through Spiral's portal is it would it be given a token from this power. Spiral's power says that the portal squares are considered adjacent.

No. Since the squares are considered adjacent, Turtle will not count all of the squares between the portals as the character is technically not moving through them.
Incapacitate also says you give the target an action token, so there's nothing preventing you from giving a token to an opposing character. Turtle turns MC into a neat little mini-Incap.
90% of rules questions are answered by RTFC. Most of the rest are answered by a proper grasp of English and common goddamn sense.
I knew this obscure flash villain would enter the ranks of heroclix one day...never did I imagine he would be a cheap GAME CHANGING piece. He literally makes everyone slower than him. While everyone is moving 4 spaces, turtle man is hopping around 6 spaces!, only this character could actually make a 6 movement seem fast. Ha ha...want to break the rules of slowness and go fast? You get an action token....which in turn slows you down even more! I friggin love every inch of this dial...from the 0 damage to the naked defense end dial. I like the fact that this annoying trait is balanced by turtle having a one shot kill dial. I am going to piss off a lot of people during my next few games. This is,a great representation of a terrible character. The sculpt is dead on too...an old creepy man wearing a bowser suit. The ONLY thing I would've done differently with him is give him incap and trade his toughness for invulnerable.
Everyone is raving about his trait, let's not forget his damage special. Modifying speed values by -3 is pretty nifty and could potentially be devastating for run and gun characters who rely on running shot and hypersonic speed.
If a character is TK'd 8 squares does that count as moving more than 5 spaces?
