SCORE: 70%. You may not like the idea of paying 70 points for an Outwitter, but the first time you face a one-man-army - who cannot KO Pepper with one attack thanks to Extremis Injection - you'll be thanking your lucky stars.
I can't be sure about Pepper's usefulness until we have lots more Stark employees who share her keyword. If someday we get a Stark Industries character who loans out Energy Shield/Deflection, then Pepper will zoom up to an 80% rating.

When the 2013 rules come into play, she'll be a lot more difficult to play. Mostly relegated to MM fodder. A zero range outwit? Oh yeah, she'll be just fine.
Always try to leave an internet argument at lvl 1!

I disagree. I bring her to the fight. "Go ahead hit my outwitter (Remember Outwit has a range of 6 if the character has no range). She'll turn into a 4 damage piece from the same range." Then you have to figure out what's worse. Outwit. Or 4 Damage. She's not going to massively effective. But she'll do well enough.
I play Heroclix, Pathfinder, and retro video games on Twitch!

The Iron Man/Iron Patriot chase duo has trait Defend with the Stark Industries keyword, bumping Pepper up to 18-19 (depending on the point value of the duo).
She's not going to win a gameby herself, but Pepper here is extremely valuable. hen my opponent didn't know what she did, he hit her and nearly had a heart attack when she (assisted by Splitlip) fired back for 5 damage. When a different opponent knew exactly what she did, I had Pepper go and get nice and friendly with him, more or less daring him to awaken the beast. It takes one decent hit to really make Pepper stop being annoying, and another one or two to make her stop being violent after that. She's certainly got her uses, and I've always had success fielding her.

Trying to get my lil bro interested in HC I gave him all my extra figs I had doubles of, including Pepper. He was all upset with this fig "she's lame, sucks, I don't want her, etc, blah blah." So naturally I fielded a IM3 team with Pepper against him in his 1st game. Deliberately let her get knocked onto her Extremis click. Proceeded to wipe him off the field with her P/B using my more powerful IM3 figs as support/taxi. No she's not perfect but she helped teach my bro a lesson. Worth it.
