iim103 Absorbing Man and Padora's Box

So if iim103 Absorbing Man uses Pandora's Box and I place the Sloth Sin on him and he does not take an action would I have to roll a 1 on a d6 for him to heal?

Yep.

It's says so right there in what you posted.

Sloth heals, and AM ignores damage or healing unless a D6 roll matches the number.

Still waiting for Gaard and Arion.
