To all those who will come in to trash this figure, I simply want to laugh! This is a fantastic example of Rich. When paired with other Share through the Worldmind Nova Corps figures, he will truly shine. He will have an 11 Attack 19 Defense, with Perplex/Outwit. In Golden Age he will also have limited Super Senses, Force Blast, and limited Defend.

Such a great synergistic figure. I'm not that big a fan of him for an Avengers build, but on a Nova Corps Squad he will be a force to be feared.

I will definitely be playing him on more New Warriors teams than in the Nova Corp, until they make more unique Nova Corps members I'd much rather play him with other heroes. The ONLY versions of Rich we've gotten are ALL powered down team player versions. The 150pt version is far superior, in my mind. Unless you want to play him on the Nova Corps, he comes off as a little stunted.

If not for the sculpt (which I will be repurposing) Nova would have been a total waste of a slot.

Take out the Avengers TA and the Nova Corp trait, add indom and a starting 11, and I might be able to envision myself using him for a powered down Nova.

I disagree (shocker I know). The 150 GG version is VERY good. Don't get me wrong. He is a cannon who can potentially attack every turn. The problem as I see it, his defenses are too weak and his Running Shot is not nearly as helpful as this version's HSS. Sure Empower is not the greatest for a Nova Corps force. But, if used with the other Nova Corps members with HSS it can be helpful, or if you give Giant Reach to Irani Rael you can really take advantage of that Empower. The 150 Nova only gives limited Leadership to your force. Personally I'd rather have Empower over a 16% success rate Leadership. It is much easier to build around and take advantage of.

On non-Nova Corps builds, I think this is the second beset version of Rich we have. the GF 100 point version I think is the best for non-Nova Corps builds.

Nothing bad here. 4 star figure in my book. 1 star?!?! you gotta be kidding me.

if something grants sidestep, (besides the phoenix force) this guy will be a lot better

Lets also keep in mind that he can be 10pts cheaper on a theme team if you don't care about the Nova Corp trait.

How does this figure rate 1 star (at the time I wrote this)? Yes, he is a touch expensive and may not be best in 300 but this Nova is pretty pretty good.

It's the wrong Nova for my taste, but he's got the Avengers keyword- toss in the AOU Luke Cage, Iron Fist, and White Tiger, plus the Amazing Friends Team Base Spider-Man and the -10 Nova Corps ATA, you've got a theme team at 581. Room to pack a small resource for lunch!

Now if only he had the Police team ability, instead of the presently-near-useless Avengers TA...

He has been vindicated by the Thug, as he can now hand out Empower to them like candy as long as he has one other Nova Corpsman with him.
