Im new and just starting to learn how to play. Since english is not my native language i sometimesn get confused with certain rules( i guess i would still be confused sometimes even if english was my native language. I would be very grateful to get some answers to the following questions. Thanks a bunch. I will probably have alot more questions to come if thats ok. Im sorry if the questions is confused to understand.
Carry
1. Does all fliers and phasers/ teleporters have carry?
2. If a flier is adjecent to a friend, but the friend is adjecent to an enemy. If the flier wish to carry his friend with him does his friend need to roll for a breakaway? The same question goes for phasers/teleporters.
Flurry
1. Does both combat actions have to be against the same person?
Mind control
1. If i have a character with mind control and three lightning bolts and the other team only has 3 characters. If i mind control all three could they still attack each other or are they all now on my my team and cant hurt each other?
Misc.
1. if a character have an ability like energy explosion and pulsewave - can that character choose to ignore those and just make a ranged attack as normal ( so he wouldnt hurt friends)
2. If a character with only range combat action powers is adjecent to an opposing character, must he breakaway or can he just make like a normal close combat action?
3. Can a character shoot thru squares that is occupied by friendly characters?
4. Can i make a free action for a character before that characters normal action?
5. Can a character destroy a blocking terrain ( barrier or such) and then use a free action like perplex to a friendly character that he now can see because the blocking terrain now is gone?

2. If a flier is adjecent to a friend, but the friend is adjecent to an enemy. If the flier wish to carry his friend with him does his friend need to roll for a breakaway? NO The same question goes for phasers/teleporters. PHASING TELEPORT DOES NOT REQUIRE BREAKAWAY

1. If i have a character with mind control and three lightning bolts and the other team only has 3 characters. If i mind control all three could they still attack each other or are they all now on my my team and cant hurt each other? CANNOT ATTACK FRIENDLY BUT YOU CAN MOVE ONE CHARACTER AND THEN ATTACK THE MOVED CHARACTER WITH THE SECOND (THE MOVE MAKES HIM NO LONGER FRIENDLY AS HE HAS MADE AN ACTION) AND THEN THE THIRD CAN ATTACK EITHER OF THE FIRST TWO
Misc.
1. if a character have an ability like energy explosion and pulsewave - can that character choose to ignore those and just make a ranged attack as normal ( so he wouldnt hurt friends) IF YOU MEAN CAN HE CHOOSE TO IGNORE THE POWERS THEN YES
2. If a character with only range combat action powers is adjecent to an opposing character, must he breakaway or can he just make like a normal close combat action? CHARACTERS CAN ALWAYS DO CLOSE COMBAT ATTACKS
3. Can a character shoot thru squares that is occupied by friendly characters? NO
4. Can i make a free action for a character before that characters normal action? YES, FREE ACTION CAN BE DONE ANYTIME DURING THE TURN BUT NOT IN THE MIDDLE OF ANOTHER ACTION
5. Can a character destroy a blocking terrain ( barrier or such) and then use a free action like perplex to a friendly character that he now can see because the blocking terrain now is gone? YES
Fliers and transporters have carry (unless character card states otherwise), phase/teleport does not give carry. There are both fliers and transporters with phasing/teleport.
Fliers can pull characters out of close combat, but may have to make a breakaway roll depending on adjacency themselves.
Flurry combat actions can target any adjacent character - doesn't have to be the same character.
Mind controlled characters wouldn't be able to attack each other, but you could just target 2- as with any other ranged attack
You can choose not to use pulse wave, but energy explosion activates automatically
Unless the character has the sharpshooter symbol OR pulse wave, they would have to make a close combat action. This is one reason to base ranged combat experts.
Friendly characters are ignored when drawing line of fire
You can take free actions at any point, before or after your main action, or indeed, even when you're not taking an action.
Last one - I would say yes, they can now draw line of fire
Hopefully, this is of some help, and if I'm wrong on any, you should see corrections following this post

Do you have a rule book and powers and abilities card (PAC)? If not, you really should get one; these questions can all be answered with those documents. You can download them for free from HeroClix.com's rules page (see the link in my signature).

Carry
1. Does all fliers and phasers/ teleporters have carry?
Carry is a combat ability granted by the following symbols:, , , and . Additionally, the Giant Reach ability (granted by the symbol) lets a character use Carry. Finally, the symbol lets Tiny characters be Carried by larger characters.
So any character with those symbols can use Carry. Some special powers and traits also allow the use of carry. If a character does have one of those symbols or special powers, it can't Carry.
Phasing/Teleport on its own only does this:
PHASING/TELEPORT
Give this character a move action and move it up to its speed value; this character can use IMPROVED MOVEMENT [elevated], [hindering], [blocking], [characters] during this movement.
Carry is not mentioned. P/T does not let a character use Carry.

If a character doesn't need to break away, then it doesn't need to break away. Doesn't matter what its adjacent friends may or may not be doing. So go ahead and Carry.
Again, P/T doesn't enter into it because it doesn't allow the use of Carry on its own.

1. Does both combat actions have to be against the same person?
FLURRY
Give this character a close combat action. After the close combat attack resolves, it may make a second close combat attack as a free action. The first attack doesn’t activate the Damage Depletion Modifier.
Nothing in that description states that both attacks must be against the same target.

Mind control
1. If i have a character with mind control and three lightning bolts and the other team only has 3 characters. If i mind control all three could they still attack each other or are they all now on my my team and cant hurt each other?
Each character immediate reverts back to its original force upon completing its free action. So if you MC characters A, B, and C, at first they are all friendly to each other and can't attack each other. But if you have A do something (like move or use Perplex), A will then immediately switch back... and now B and C can attack A. And once B attacks A, B switches back, too, so C can attack A *OR* B.

Actually, the opposite is true. Unless you SPECIFICALLY STATE you are using such a power (a power that is activated by the assignment of a particular action), the assumption is that you aren't using it. You can't "accidentally" use Pulse Wave. You either say you are using it, or you aren't.
Some other effects, like EE and Blades/Claws/Fangs, activate whenever a specific condition is met, so they will be used whether you like it or not, but in those cases there is always a "may" buried in the text somewhere. For example:
BLADES/CLAWS/FANGS
When this character is given a close combat action, you may roll a d6 after making a successful attack. The result replaces this character’s damage value, then that damage value is locked.
So, yes, B/C/F will potentially activate with any close combat action, but you can simply choose not to roll the d6 if you'd rather not do so.

2. If a character with only range combat action powers is adjecent to an opposing character, must he breakaway or can he just make like a normal close combat action?
Any character can make a close combat attack provided it is adjacent to a valid target.

Yes.

4. Can i make a free action for a character before that characters normal action?
Depends on what you are activating with that free action, but generally yes.

1. No. All characters that has the or symbols has carry. Unless a game effect says otherwise. If the get the flight-ability through some other source then they will not automatically gain Carry.
Phasing/Teleport does not grant the Carry-ability so far from every one that can use that power can also use Carry.
2. No. A charracter that is carried is placed. And according to the rules being placed is not considered moving.
also a character only needs to break away when it moves due to being given an action. So even if the carried character where considered moving it was not given the action and would not neet to break away.

1. No. The attacks can have different targets.
Mind Control
1. When a mind controlled character has taken it's free action granted by mind control it will emmidiately revert back and can then be targeted by other mind controlled characters that has not yet been given their action..
Misc
1. Yes. To use pulse Wave you must give the character a Ranged Combat Action specifically to activate it. You are never forced to use anything that requires an action to activate. Even if the character is given an action of that type.
Energy Explosion on the otherside will always activate when you deal damage with an attack from a Ranged Combat Action. However since it says that you may create that area of effect you may choose not to. So it's effect is optional.
2. Yes. Ther character can be given a close combat action to make a normal close combat attack.
3. No. Friendly characters will normally block Lines of Fire.
4. Yes. Actions may be given in any order unless something specifies otherwise.
5. Yes. When blocking terrain is destroyed it's destroyed emmediately.
Fliers and transporters have carry (unless character card states otherwise), phase/teleport does not give carry. There are both fliers and transporters with phasing/teleport.

This is incorrect!! A character can move through friendly characters but cannot draw line of site through friendlies unless they have a specific power that allows it or if they are on different elevations or are different sizes (ie one and one or one and one or one and one

Sure.
Not sure where people are getting the idea that line of fire is not affected by friendly characters. If I am misunderstanding then I appologise and if there has been a new ruling please let me know but based on the most recent rule book:
Quote
LINE OF FIRE
A line of fire represents a line between two squares
on the map, typically drawn from a character
occupying one square to another square. You are
allowed to check the map to determine lines of fire
between squares at any time.
To determine if a line of fire can be drawn, use
a straight edge or draw an imaginary line from the
center of one square to the center of the other
square. As demonstrated in Figure 6, the line of fire
is blocked if:
• The line of fire passes through a
square occupied by a character not in
one of the two squares (Figure 6-A);
• The line of fire crosses blocking
terrain or a wall (Figure 6-B);
The two squares of a line of fire can be the same
square, so a character can draw a line of fire to
itself or to the square it occupies. This is still a
line of fire and would be subject to any conditions
that would exist if they were separate squares.
Any game effect that states “within line of fire”
means there must exist a non-blocked line of fire
between the source of the game effect and its
target. Any game effect that states “within range”
means that the target of the game effect must
be within the source’s Range Value. Any game
effect that states “within x squares” means that
the target of the game effect must be within the
indicated number of squares of the source. Each
of these phrases are independent of each other.
A character can be “within line of fire” but not
“within range.” It can be “within x squares” but
not “within line of fire.” When a game effect has
more than one requirement, the phrases will be
combined, such as “within range and line of fire.”
When a line of fire remains in the same row, same
column, or crosses an intersection in the square of
the target it is said to be a “direct line of fire.”
