Alyosha works well with lions, but prefers serpents these days >:)

Used Alyosha today as I got him recently, Used the Lion and used WXM Wolverine, who has the animal keyword. Wolverine with extra free actions.... so glad I pulled this guy, will use that combo a lot more......

Keep in mind he only grants non-Gulyadkin characters a free move action. The free action of any type can only be granted to Gulyadkin.

Actually, all you guys are a bit off. It says BOTH. Trait allows the action of any kind to Gulyadkin AND his SP allows him to give any character with the animal keyword (INCLUDING Gulyadkin) a free move action. So you can use both on Gulyadkin as long as the free action of any kind was not a move action.

That lion bystander is where it's at. ANY action for free is absolutely incredible.

Can't wait to use him with First Born. No TKing giants but this will work out better.

I played Alyosha Kraven on an Animal team with Catapult Turtle, Lockjaw, Monsiur Mallah, Klarion The witch Boy, and Red Wolf. Kraven's free move action ability basically gave me the ability to create a loop. Attack ok free movement.... Walk a piece to the Turtle.... Launch them into position for a free attack... That team destroyed the Quin Jet in the Golden tournament I participated in.

Total rockstar and still a 4 star figure. Deeper than a lot of recent figures (6 vs 5) with all his goodness still there for you. Violent and deadly on every click. His free Gulyadkin helps numbers for Sinister Twelve ATA (which is a good ata when playing SinSyn guys without the actual TA). Also go ahead and move for free, new SFOS Lizard. Go! Get this guy some Willpower and he just gets scarier.

Alyosha just keeps aging like a fine wine. My 2nd fave Prime of all time, behind Hydro-Man. Used this bad boy the other week on an Animal theme team w/ Chase Weapon X, Throg, CapWolf, Squirrel Girl, Cap Falcon, and 25 pt KC Hawkman. I lost, but I ultimately took out about 2/3 of the opposing force. For an antique, he can still pull his weight ;)
