he's probably pretty good, but I'm really bummed out he doesn't have any of the Worldmind abilities.

Really underestimated piece, a cheap taxi, that pulse wave power can be back breaking if you hit enough of their characters, and then he is likely to get knocked onto his hypersonic clicks. He's certainly no powerhouse, but for those points I feel he's 4 stars.

This guy is the best choice for the Nova ID card. Bring him in, have him Running Shot & Pulsewave a bunch of opponents for 2. All for 5 points. Sure he takes a click, but he'll leave the table next turn anyway. And at 60 points, most of your figures will be able to activate the card.
