Quick question when picking up a relic or special object do you have to be in the square or adjacent to the square?

If the special object in question is either a light or a heavy object, you can use Super Strength to pick it up from an adjacent square when you are moving.

Relics are a type of special objects that require the character be given a power action to roll if it can pick up the relic. To do this you must be in the same square as the relic.
