So im pretty sure of the first question but not so much of the second. Anywho, what I'm here to ask is how certain powers and things work I cant find the exact rule where you can't gain a power you already have, such as If I have outwit and I cant gain outwit again but had a couple of questions

!. If A character that has standard Outwit is possessed by Ophidian, can I allow him to use Ophidian special Outwit?

2. Lets say I have a superman that has the orange Lantern Power battery and it has the orange ring in. I assign Superman the Wall construct. Can he use the Normal barrier from the ring and the free action barrier from the Wall since both are only allowing him to use and not granting him the power?

If the character already has the power, it cannot use it from any other source though.

2014 PG: Section 1 - page 3 under Powers/Abilities

It's on page 2 in section 01 of the Player's Guide that is no longer available.

This is the weird one... since neither is on Superman's dial, it depends on the order that he gained the powers in (the one he gained first getting priority). If he was assigned the Wall and that gave him access to the Orange Ring, I *think* you get to choose which one you'll use and he's stuck using that until he loses one of them (in this scenario, he would only lose one by swapping the Wall for another Construct).

It's not available from www.heroclix.com anymore. There are probably some sites that still offer it for download, but you can't get it through official channels anymore.
