I honestly think so; meta-wise, the resource can act as a psuedo-sideboard (I came from MtG for 16 years so excuse the terminology) where you can have your ideal team with a nice sideline of figures that can be swapped in at the beginning of the game (at the expense of a figure of equal or more points) that improve that match-up significantly. Other than that large upside, not nearly as much. You have to make teams based around bringing in other sideline pieces (Call in Help) and it doesn't offer any stat bonuses (unless you count bringing in all of the sideline pieces at the end for a massive turn). The resource is heavily dependent on making it to the end dial and the trait to swap a guy before the game begins. I think the swap CAN make up for it's lack of stat bonuses and granting powers but I will have to see it in action first. Can't be worse than the two resources we got out of TW; man, were they garbage.
