With this guy on my team, I'll be armed and ready for anything my opponent throws at me. Just pop off some arms and send em out. They get blown up? No problem, I'll just regen back up to full health and keep the party going. Hands in the air like I just don't care!
Guys, his arms have Mystics. That means he will be popping in two sources of Mystics damage each time he pops his arms off, and with only a 50% chance to take damage if they die, it's fairly win win.

He can use his PC for that roll - it´s really a win win.

Even without the ability to pop out those hand tokens, this guy has a really solid dial for the points. Opening running shot/psyblast is always a nice combo. 17 defense top with Invul should help out a bit if you're lucky. 3 damage with Prob control is very solid. Having Mystics to help ping attacks if he does get hit is a bonus. 129 points still leaves plenty of wiggle room for support.
Add in that he can toss out two Mystic empowered hands, that's awesome! Yes, his own attack value takes a hit for it, but the hand tokens are more than capable of dishing out some pain. If they die, yes he can take feed back for it, so does his foe. But UNLIKE his foe, he can probability that feed back.
He's fantastic, and I can see him and FF Pied Piper being a pain when it comes to swarming people with bystanders everywhere! :p I like him! So glad I pulled him from my bricks.

Can he really use Probability Control for that roll, though?
Presumably, the arm would be KO'd on your opponent's turn. PC only allows you to force your opponent to re-roll one of his/her rolls during his turn. It does not allow you to re-roll one of your own rolls during your opponent's turn...just like you can't use your own PC to re-roll a Super Senses, Shape Change, or Impervious roll. As we tell the newcomers at our venue..."My rolls on my turn, your rolls on your turn".
I guess the case could be made that you could PC the blowback damage roll if the arm got KO'd during your own turn, like from Pushing Damage or somesuch.
All that being said, I am certainly willing to be corrected if I am looking at this incorrectly.

You'd be correct you can't re-roll it on your opponents turn since Probability Control doesn't allow you to reroll your own rolls when it isn't your turn. But it would allow you to PC it on your turn if you decided to push them, or they get hit by your own EE or Pulse Wave or some other AOE effect.
You are right. PC only at my turn to reroll. My mistake. I make a testgame at the weekend and the PC to reroll in my turn is a great thing -And I like to push the arms. With 11 attack and an Axe-Construct they are great.
