My venue has a lot of hate for Quasar at 125. However, I can't help but see great potential for him. Running Shot Pulse Wave with Power Cosmic and 9 range, I'm sold. Not to mention the ability to contain opponents and heal with ranged Steal Energy. Great for 125 pts.

I had a lot of trouble playing Quasar at my local event. Even at Vet level. Once he was based he went down quickly.
