say i run vision and 4 ultron drones that have side step...can i side step drone one then give vision a free move then side step drone two to give vision another free move then attack with vision then side step drone 3 and 4 for two more free moves?

Wouldnt work. His power states a move action, side step is a free action
65steve65 is correct. This also wouldn't work because you may not activate the same game effect with a free action more than once per turn (unless the effect indicates otherwise).
Pulling this and an Ultron in sealed is a great combo. My favorite is the power, "He's coming through the wall!' that doesn't let him come through the wall.

Why wouldn't he go through a wall? He ignores blocking. What am I missing? Is a wall not blocking somehow?
Edit: Never mind! I didn't realize people hated the dial for the movie Vision so much. Though, I do not understand how some people can not like this sculpt. It's pretty awesome and more dynamic than a lot of recent sculpts we've seen.

Cykocivic, you should be able to move through a wall. The rulebook says that walls are a special type of terrain, and that they behave like blocking terrain. Now both of those statements are in different sentences, so I suppose someone will say I am reading it out of context. I think the intent of the designers is for him to be able to move through a wall, but who knows. I suppose many will disagree, because of the nit-noidy nuances of the way this or that is written and what order things are said. Hey, I would let you do it! The game is supposed to be fun. Sometimes we loose sight of that in all the minutia.
Looks at this dial. Looks at movie dial. Looks at this dial. Looks at movie dial.
Looks at this dial, looks at movie dial. Realizes movie dial has 3 clicks of invincible and can deal 4 damage on half of its dial with its own perplex. Looks at namredyps.....

Yeah. Much though it irks me that his best abilities don't get use on an Avengers theme-team (unless you're packing at least 100 points of Ultron Spider-Drone and Spider-Man), this Vision has at least twice the odds of surviving the first strike. If the only thing different from the movie version were the Sidestep-through-blocking versus Phasing, that right there would still be a marked improvement.
