The thing that disappoints me about Jacosta is that she can't possess Giants or Colossals. I had figured that the restriction of "Armor or Robot" would be stringent enough. Unfortunately, this means I can't have her be the Backup AI for any of my giant robots that I love so much. As a standalone figure or a possessor for a suitable figure, she's pretty useful. I've got no complaints past the size restriction.

umm dude... that how the entities work.... yes lets throw Ion onto a kaiju. that seems fair
better yet... i think Nekron wants to to be hanging with an entity
the point is, the AI entity possession mechanic already has enough restrictions with the specific keyword requirements. Not allowing it on giants/colossals seems unnecessary
"I remember you said to me once, you said... 'if death ever comes your way and won't let you pass... make sure you scream right back in his face"
I'm not overly familiar with possession, but this fig seems very underwhelming.
Her stats are so low that you'd have to possess a 25 pt fig to get enough bang for your buck.
"Tis better to push and take one damage, than to pass and get wiped off the map."
You can't assign an Entity to a Giant or Colossal only during force construction, but ,if you assign it because it got KO'd during a game, you are allowed to give the Entity even to a Giant or Colossal figure.
Or so it seems by reading it, i will have a check to be more sure of what i said.

Unfortunately, Jocasta states that in either circumstance where she would become a Possessor, she requires the possessed to have Standard Attack or Sharpshooter; Standard Defense or Indomitable; Standard Damage or Tiny Size. She cannot under any circumstance possess a giant or colossal.
Sometimes i think that people just don't read what i write in my posts…
In any way, oleandervine is right, the part where it is written who can be Possessed is in effect regardless of how Jocasta (or any other Entity) becomes the Possessor.
Based on her stats and her powers, she is meant to posses a cheaper secondary ranged attacker, boosting their effectiveness without making them stupidly broken in the process.
She doesnt take an UBER figure and make it more ridiculous, except in certain cases. Her top dial has something ANY robot or armor could want: Move and attack (running shot), Reducer ( Invulnerable ), Support ( Outwit/Perplex combo ), or a hole puncher in the form of Precision Strike.
Hell, think of all the top dial Sidestep or Phase/Teleports out there that could use some running shot, or the robot/armors with a printed range but starting with Charge. Running shot gives them engagement opportunity until they are in charge range, then you swap to precision strike or outwit/perplex depending on power set. Mid dial Pulse Wave and late dial Stealth or Regen? She is all around great for just the powers she can hand out.

The last statement is not technically correct. The WizKids's Rules Team has ruled that if a figure becomes a giant or colossal, they are still possessed, but lose all benefits of the entity. They seemed to waffle on whether voluntary actions that change the symbols (such as morphing into Giant Man) could still be taken.
If this affects your strategy, or if you plan on possessing a figure that innately can change combat symbols, research the latest rulings beforehand and discuss it with your local judge. Apart from size changes, wxm046 Warlock can become a vehicle and im3016 War Machine can pick up the duo attack ability.

Do keep in mind Jocasta is an AI. Not some supercomputer who can take over anything. She was limited. It makes sense Jocasta cannot take over Master Mold. She was not really made by Ultron to be optimal, but rather as a strike at Hank Pym by using Janet's mind waves for Jocasta
