The Phasing is nice, but the Avengers TA is such a stinker. In modern games, especially since the formats don't generally support armies of figures (as if such existed on Avengers teams), the TA is utterly useless. The game has evolved far beyond the need for TAs like Avengers/Brotherhood/JLA and IL. If perhaps they decide to rework the TA into something more useful, this card may be more worth it.
Where the Avengers TA becomes useful is in positioning a support piece without burning an action. In 300, it's likely useless since the point values have moved well past that build. But in builds designed for building a true team, a phasing to position PC, outwit, enhancement, PD TA, that doesn't kill your attack option can be useful. Even in 300, where one may have just used an action up to call in Vision, it allows a "free position" of somebody nearby. It's circumstantial in utility but quite effective in the right circumstance.
Visible Dials and Pushing Damage need to be optional. This is the way.
Yeah, since you're already burning an action just to use these ID cards, anything that can give you more actions in a turn is VERY useful. Especially coupled with the Phasing, this could potentially be a complete reset on the positioning of your entire team. Opponent has you locked-down or trapped? Have your whole team phase through a wall and escape. Admittedly situational, but could be clutch in the right circumstances.
