Eh, for 20 points less and $20 cheaper the GotG Captain Marvel is so much better.

90% of rules questions are answered by RTFC. Most of the rest are answered by a proper grasp of English and common goddamn sense.

Is that actually from the comics? A thong, knee socks and a... I guess it's a shirt?

I see the appeal of the costume. But someone wearing that outside while superheroing is questionable.

It's the "I forgot to put on my pants" "boyfriend's shirt and panties" vibe that it gives off. If the top was connected like the old black and yellow Ms. Marvel costume it would be fine.
It's disjointed and unbalanced.

It just looks like something out of the Swimsuit specials.

Note:
This is coming from someone who has no problem with Moondragon's body-thong as a costume.

That outfit at least had a balance to it. This one, as I said earlier in this post, feels like she forgot to put on the bottom part of the costume.
