@Prometheus121, he's from an Earth where everyone is reversed, the Justice League are the villians, and Lex Luthor is their worlds greatest hero. As he's the opposite of regular Hal, he's a coward and a bit of a bully, who likes to pick on weak/injured opponents, but will run from anyone who stands and puts up a fight. Also, the ring is a curse, that will take over his body and force him to fight, as well as slowly kill him for disobeying it.

As for this version, much better then the old one. This is pretty mush everything I was hopping for on that one, with a cheaper and more team friendly dial.

He complements the other CSA figures of the same set. Can carry 3 others of the same keyword. Can disrupt your opponents' Perplex. 5 clicks of damage value (with Perplex) that can crack the tougher damage reducers. RS/PW combo. CSA PC to boot. All for 70pts, only the sculpt is "somewhat" less desirable.

This guy is a MUST for CSA teams. Why? He's a super-valuable taxi, he gives you a huge amount of control over value modification in his Perplex ability, he can provide TK, and even if you're squeamish about his trait - he can sit back and eat CSA prob tokens for the rest of the team.

Amen. He's been an incredible swing on some Cosmic teams of mine, lending extra mobility to Miss America and the Space Turtles. And with Baby Groot, he's an even 100pts to take just about any build up a level.
