@Department H, on the clicks where Iron Man's attack value is viable for the purpose of Move and Attack ability, he already has Running Shot. HSS only allows his attacks to reach 1 square further than Running Shot, for the price of knocking his attack value down by 2 points. I've played this character many times, and I have never found myself using his Trait. I cringe when I think about how less expensive this 10 click dial would be without it. On the bright side, he is a fantastic choice for an Iron Man ID card, on both starting lines.
Not to be a dink, but I find it hilarious that you're responding to a year old stab of your comment that is two years old. Not that you're wrong, just a little late.

The value of the move and attack ability is not on adding reach to his capabilities, but rather to play more defensively in being able to move to a safe location after his attack. You are speaking more to playstyle and preferences as oppose to the power's usefulness. He is great at taking out support, stealthy, and close range foes before going after the bigger fish. I intend to use this figure more in the near future and I definitely will use his trait when the situation warrants it.
There's value in versatility. Many people don't look at it that way, so they get upset that a fig has points wasted on something. That's not the same thing as bad dial design, and this figure doesn't fall in that category at all.
couldn't agree more with you @dasaul29 I know that when I have used him in the past I fielded sharon carter as well for stealth, move and attack allowed me to return to adjacency and relative safety.
