IG8 doesn't allow - strictly by WK's rules - any models that are not from Hulk, GG or CW. :(

IG8 "Guidelines" (not rules) set by WK, are up to the individual venues weather they wish to follow them or not. For the whole of the IG events, many stores have been using their own game restrictions for each event rather than follow WK's suggested formats.

I don't know... I doubt Romulan ale is ever allowed in heroclix. Perhaps it will be a relic in a future set-> Relic:1-6. Grants Earthbound/Neutralized, -2 to attack and can't use outwit or perplex:)
