Nope. You get the damage reduction of 2, but not the dice roll. Same with Super Senses or something like the Danger Girl or Skrulls TA. Now, if you took that damage from a Psychic Blast, then it would also transfer over and the figure with Impervious taking the damage take the FULL damage.

You get the dice roll on the Impervious...It is not like Super Senses...Your character is NOT Dodging the attack but WITHSTANDING it...
Okay let's say that you can roll to reduce the damage to 0
How would you resolve an enhanced/shielded up energy explosion involving 2 targets adjacent to each other - one with mastermind and the other with impervious if both get hit.
Obviously on the attack against the impervious character the explosion hits, but splashes around him and he could perhaps roll at that point to reduce it to 0) Does the mastermind still take splash damage indirectly that he can't mastermind off or can he try to mastermind the splash damage, then the directed damage (aimed at him) or is it both at once. If so, how many impervious rolls would the impervious character need to make to resolve the whole thing?

PAC, Impervious
When this character is dealt damage, you may roll one six-sided die; on a result of 5 or 6, the damage dealt is reduced to 0; on a result of 1–4, the damage dealt is reduced by 2.
