These little guys are absolutely perfect for moving in your HYDRA high command who rely on stealth to defend themselves. Just take two of these guys and alternate with the Willpower/Smoke Cloud combo and you can easily get the Red Skulls and Struckers into position to lay waste!

A lot going for him for only 30 points. Had some success with him in sealed because of the willpower/smoke cloud combo.
