Hello hcrealms, I'm very new to the game, and I decided to build a 300pt team revolving around Deadshot.



I've been reading the newbie guides around here and they mostly say that i'll probably need a tank piece to keep enemies away from Deadshot himself, and for that role, after asking around and doing some research, I've taken a liking to Venom from Hammer of Thor.



Which puts me at 223 points with 77 points to go.

Now I have no idea what to fill the last slot with. People say I'll need a support character but I'm having a hard time finding a support clix that will do well with Deadshot and Venom.

Anything comes to mind ? Maybe something with a good team ability that Deadshot can copy off would be nice.

I also haven't fiddled around with ATAs, suggestions on that will be wondrous as well. Thanks !

That seems like a very good idea. Would you think it's better to use the Arkham ATA for Deadshot and Harley,

or

The Mob ATA so Deadshot can Mastermind off damage to Harley, and i have an extra 8 points to use the Camouflage feat on Venom ?

if u use the Venom u can't use an ATA. He breaks the theme.

Crocks Bat enemy TA could come in handy charge blades @12 attack in huge! And the ATA will give everyone some movement options enjoy!

also throw the wonder girl lasso on the team 5pt. lets deadshot use steal energy @range, evil!

Shield TA buffs Deadshot's Damage and Range, HENRY Empowers damage, Possible Telekinesis too.

Here's a fun themed team I played.

BMAO Deadshot 150
BMAO Black Mask 100
DKR105 Harvey Two-Face 50

Its got Outwit and PC (in addition to themed PC). Black Mask also gives Deadshot that much needed free move action. With Deadshot copying Batman Enemy TA can help Harvey and Black Mask irove their ATK value.

Looking at your figure choices this must be Silver age. Don't know what all figs you have, but for me.....a TKer is always a good helpful choice!

That fitz seems good. Might want to take a look at IIM Unicorn too.
