if i have someone ajacent to an opposing character, can i have someone who can fly who's not ajacent carry my other guy? this has been bothering my friends and i for quite some time
A figure only needs to roll for breakaway when it is adjacent to an opposing figure, and attempting to move as the result of being given a move, free, or power action. If what you're discussing is
Code:
FPO
for Flyer, Passenger, and Opposing---your flyer is not adjacent to an opposing figure, so he doesn't have to breakaway, and your passenger isn't being given an action, so neither does he.
Remember, of course, that your flyer has to begin his action adjacent to the figure he wishes to fly.

So my non-leap & climb Hulk is stuck next to my opponents plastic Man; all I have to do is fly Hawkman over and he van carry my Hulk outta there since Hulk isn't performing a move action? If that's true then Plasticity is easier to get away from than I thought.
This is true to a point, but your taxi cannot pick up your hulk mid action, so the taxi would have to fly over, stop and then push next turn to carry hulk, and this is also assuming that Hulk doesn't have battle fury which would stop him from being carried. The other option would be to outwit placticity and then it will be easier to break away. FYI.
