All of the other Ultron Drones have some kind of identity on their second click, and this guy just doesn't. He feels "extra" generic. The big saver is the Stark Industries keyword, without that I'd never play this Drone over other ones.

Considering this is the only Ultron with hypersonic speed in the game, he offers something no other ultron does. This will always make him a viable option.
