My group and I usually play multiplayer games of heroclix and when using probability control i can use it once on my turn and then once on the opposing teams round, not each player just once when its not my turn. my question is regarding john constantines power

I MAKE MY OWN LUCK: John Constantine can use Probability Control, but can use it twice each turn.

does this mean I can use it twice during each opponents turn? Because normally Probability control reads that you can only use it once per round, not turn.

That's how I'd rule it.
