you'd be able to move this guy through WXM Spiral's Dimensional Portals, right? I can't see why not, you'll just have to place the marker underneath him.
Nope, I think the errata is that you have to place the marker in spiral's square, plus I believe you'd need to give him a move action to go through the portal.

And what is stopping him from taking a move action?
Also. Don't "think", research. "Thinking" and half remembering rules just spreads misinformation. Misinformation makes the game suffer.

SI at 250 with a host of Kree is the most effective murdering machine I've yet found in this game.
Kree Lt for enhance.
The Colonel for enhance.
The General to drop the target's defense value.
A few privates for TTPC.
The 200 point Ronin - big target's defense while in LOF (no range required) countered. So SI's damage just pours right in.
And if they're dumb enough to get within the range 15 - it's 5 damage straight in.
And that triple outwit is brutal - strips them and makes them not able to Charge or HSS or RS.
I’m simply unenthused by WizKids’ idea to make Bighead unphased by past-dial support. They really need to get their #### together. It’s not worth playing him st the low point dial if he can’t heal past it. Then again, that kind of ruling would make Flora and Mangog look a little bit wimpier...
