Decent figure for the points, lending a 10AV to Batman Enemies and packing 3 clicks of perplex for a mere 41 points. His top click gives you a bit of a dilemma; do you turn off willpower and push him to get to perplex or do you keep him with the 10AV? This isn't Marvel; there isn't a 43 point 11AV sinsyn or a 39 point wildcard with an 11AV (Taskmaster) to draw from... while there are 11AV DC Wildcards and bat enemies, the cheapest you can get that for is around 79 points, so this 41 point Joker is looking pretty good for this purpose.
Could wreck things up for a gotham city team.
Not sure what to make of the sculpt; he kind of seems like a mime leaning back to be propped up on wind and I"m not sure what he's doing with his upraised hand; seems like he's about to backhand or b-slap somebody or like he's just kissed his fingers and he's complimenting a chef...
Accuracy suffers a little as he's just not dangerous enough. This joker with his cheap perplex and not much else going on is just standing around being unpredictable but not being DANGEROUS like he should be.
For 1 point more than the Batman Alpha Experienced version, you have a cheap Joker with Perplex, Leadership, and the ability to borrow the AV from a friendly Batman Enemy character (Holiday Killer, preferably). Not as aggressive as the Alpha version, but great with Contingency Plan to boost his or a teammate's AV due to his low cost.
The 2011 tweaks to Leadership make this solid fig even better than before. There are many Gothamites just below the Joker's point value, and a lot of these can benefit from his 10 AV. Also, if the opponent's fancy-pants TKer uses a precious object to blow through Mr. J's Stealth, you've taken a hit on a character worth all of 41 points who now possesses Perplex. I also really like the sculpt. He looks like a cheerful buffoon . . .
