Kyle is on our local "ban list" after my son and another player went down to a Kyle vs Kyle miss-fest a few months back.
They couldn't hit each other. It got very frustrating for all. I think they both had shield constructs bolted to them, making it even more stupid.
He was a major contributing factor to a big restriction to Feats at our Venue so only non-carded figures can use them (having a player use him with the Nurse and Auto-Regen in multiple tournaments over a month or so).
I could imagine it would be hard for them to hit each other when they need a natural 7 with no bumps... the Shield makes it a 9. I'm glad he hasn't been overused in our area or I'd pack an anti-Kyle team at every tournament (Jenny Sparks, Blue Devil, etc) just in case.

Okay, that's just nasty and funny... although Toyman needs all the help he can get. LOL!
-Heroclix is not a game of logic, it's a game of strategy .... after all, when's the last time that you saw a giant (using a stealth ability) that was hiding behind a swingset... and nobody could SEE him????
It was more to give him the Orange Lantern keyword to get the +1s from the Ring, then the Orange Battery to shut down whatever power was needed.
We got to a stalemate after a while as I was using LE Kyle with the Green Battery, but with several people watching over his shoulder, he got nervous and wouldn't attack me (he had never faced or used Kyle, but only had heard he was powerful). It went to time and he won on points.
That was a good game burleigh2. Don't forget about the Justice League ATA for the extra point of defense. After getting the other character and your battery KO'd, it was just the right call to leave Kyle and hope you couldn't hit the high attack rolls needed. Didn't you end up pushing kyle toward the end to get on the quintessence click eventually?

Ah, right, I forgot about the ATA.
I was debating about going for his Battery (which wasn't very far in), but I gave up waiting to get hit and started pushing him, but time was called before he landed on the click. LOL!
