meta shmeta. Take the meta out back and shoot it in the head already.
Koriand'r has range and Outsiders and breaks away automatically. Outsiders negates his trait on one character. It's like she's built to take Iron Nail on. of course she ate him up. She's his silver bullet.
Namor has no range and no Outsiders and doesn't get a free break away.
I love playing the game, both on a casual and a competitive level, and do so frequently, so careful handling the reins on that high horse there! In a 300 point game, though, I'm not as liable to use him as I am something a little less price-intensive or more balanced. He's very vulnerable to Outwit, pent damage, and mobile or ranged pieces for the point cost, despite the wonderful trait design. If he had a touch more range, I'd put him as a 5-star piece, but as it stands, I'd say 4.

I think you all are forgetting something wonderful called plasticity
with GL stop sign no outwit problems as he base people quite easy.
Even better is a orang construct like the net or decoy making opponents stick to him a lot while depowering them AND not letting others interrupt, wall also work anti-range most cases.
Also high atk numbers and charge+blades+exploit us nice and making everyone unable to run just make him all better at 300 pts games using high movility help or taxi "cough-cough" lockjaw"cough-cough"
I love this guy, although I haven't really had the opportunity to use him. The next high-point game I play will be this one with Stop Sign, Indigo Battery and AVX Professor X. Should be a fun team, at least for me
