NEEDDDS running shot, best ways are probably through a Black Hand or the Phoenix Force. Or if your feeling really mean and are playing golden, why not just give him a hammer for running shot, because we all need 14A!

His trait prevents him from getting the attack bonus from a hammer, or any stat bonus's from any resource/relic. Best bet would be tk, and plenty of that (and for cheap) in his keyword selection.

Stacks on stacks. He's a beast. I'll take that 12 range all day. He needs a little help to give him some move and attack but I'll play him.

Have him possessed by Black Hand and take Running Shot then problem solved with move and attack....well for a few clicks at least. Best of all it's playing Black Lantern Spectre however this one is worth the points and then some.

Best of the chases. Hands down.

Pfft. Who needs move and attack when you have a 12 range. Well, as long as you win map choice it should be fine. Haha.

Traded in Hulk (#052, Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.), Nick Necro (#053b, Justice League Trinity War), and Black Adam (#058, Justice League Trinity War) at my local brick and mortar store for three World's Finest boosters. Pulled pretty good stuff. Decide to buy the fourth one and pulled the KC Spectre. He's a beast to be sure and I think he will be on my team for the foreseeable future. The one Chase I really, really wanted, and this is only the second Chase I've ever pulled. I'm a pretty happy nerd right now!

No damage reducers hurt Spectre but not so much. He has big range and phasing movement entire dial so it allows Spectre to stay at a distance. A great value for 130 points. PC/19 defense is massive. Remarkably easy and fun to play, fits on many teams!
