Hmm, under 100 pts for flight, MC, Psy Blast, Super Senses, Perplex, wildcard, push for MC every single turn with a good AV to boot. I wouldn't call her incredible, but I wouldn't say decent either. For a common, I would say she is good, better than average.

Make a Legion theme team using at least one of the gravity feed founders and welcome the GCPD motorcycle to the legion. Add the GCPD ata, push her to be able to move 4 and free mind control every turn.

it's good to see one of the galaxy's most powerful telepaths get such an awesome mind control just push her to get to it and she'll become a monster that can really wreck teams.
