While the high AV is nice, it's probably better to use one of the other versions.

Heh, a rather expensive way to get an 11 attack with a chance of evasion. The 4 range is nice and gives him an option, but it is a real shame his Plasticity isn't active up front and his Perplex is so easy to spin him past. I used to play this guy a lot... still like that 11.
